This week’s questions asks: What book do you think should be made into a movie? And do you have any suggestions for the producers?
Or, What book do you think should NEVER be made into a movie?
If you’re asking about books I would love to see made into a movie by BBC, I would love to see The Picture of Dorian Gray and Frankenstein, as long as it’s true to Shelley’s Frankenstein and not the version Hollywood has concocted. But, if you’re asking about regular, mainstream theaters, Child 44, The Eyre Affair, The Host, and Tomato Girl. I would love to see better versions of Picoult’s books, especially Plain Truth. I have high hopes for My Sister’s Keeper, but I’m very worried it’s not going to live up to my expectations.
